Semi-Private Personal Training
The Program
One-on-one programming, coached together
Semi-Private Training is one-on-one programming delivered in a small-group room. Every client gets a plan tailored to their goals, schedule, and starting point — then trains alongside a few other Iron Fortress clients under the eye of a dedicated coach. Onboarding starts with an interview so we can make sure the program is the right fit before anyone signs up.

How it works
Interview, then commit, then start
We don't put a credit card on file before we've had a real conversation. Every semi-private client starts with an interview so we can make sure the program fits the goals — and so you can size up your coach.
Interview
A short consult with your coach. We talk training history, schedule, the goals you actually care about, and what's gotten in the way in the past. No pressure to sign up — this is about figuring out if semi-private training at Iron Fortress is the right fit for you.
Commit
If it's a mutual fit, you pick the cadence that works: month-to-month, or a multi-month commit at a discount. Pricing is transparent, no hidden onboarding fees, no long-term contract you can't get out of. You're committed to showing up for your sessions, and your coach is committed to showing up for you.
Train
You walk into your first session with a program already written for you. Your coach runs sessions in person, dials in your technique, and adjusts the plan as your training history at the Fortress builds. The longer you train, the more your coach can dial in the program to your specific needs.
What we work on
Movement, strength, conditioning, consistency
Semi-private starts from your training history and your goals. The program is written specifically for you, and your coach actually knows where you are and where you're trying to go — so every session pushes the right thing.
Move better
Most people aren't held back by effort — they're held back by movement quality. We start by cleaning up the patterns under load (squat, hinge, press, pull, brace) so the rest of the work compounds instead of leaks.
Get stronger
Programmed strength work that's built around your starting point and your sport. Streetlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics, or just "I want my deadlift up" — the lifts and accessories are picked deliberately, not generically.
Build conditioning
Hyrox-style stations, intelligently dosed running, sled and carry work, and assault-bike intervals — all integrated with the strength work so neither cancels out the other.
Train consistently
Three coached sessions per week is enough to see real changes without burning you out or forcing your life around the gym. Show up, do the work, leave the planning to your coach.
Pricing
Pay monthly, or commit and save
The month-to-month tier exists so you can try it without a long commitment. Most clients move to a multi-month commit after the first cycle once the programming is proving out — the discount reflects that.
