Privacy Policy
Effective March 20, 2026
Iron Fortress LLC (“Iron Fortress,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at ironfortressco.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We believe in being straightforward—no fine-print surprises.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on our site—such as the contact form, bootcamp registration, or general interest form—we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, fitness level, and any other fields on that form.
Usage and device data. When you visit our site, we automatically collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. If you have consented to tracking (see “Cookies & Tracking” below), the Meta Pixel collects additional behavioral data such as button clicks and page navigation patterns.
Analytics data. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site performance. These tools collect anonymous, aggregated data (page views, load times) and do not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide our services. Process bootcamp registrations, respond to contact form messages, manage memberships, and schedule facility visits.
- Improve our site. Analyze anonymous usage patterns to make the site faster and more useful.
- Advertising and measurement. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to report actions (like form submissions) to Meta so we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and show relevant advertising to people who may be interested in Iron Fortress.
Cookies & Tracking
When you first visit our site, you will see a consent banner asking whether you accept or decline tracking cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie called tracking_consent so we can remember your preference.
If you accept: We load the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie called _fbp to identify your browser across visits. We also send conversion events (such as form submissions) to Meta via both the browser Pixel and our server-side Conversions API. Personal data sent server-side (email, name, phone) is hashed before transmission.
If you decline: No tracking scripts are loaded, no Meta cookies are set, and no data is sent to Meta—neither from your browser nor from our server. Your browsing is not tracked for advertising purposes.
You can change your preference at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.
Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
tracking_consent | Stores your cookie consent preference (accept/decline) | 1 year |
_fbp | Meta Pixel browser identifier (only if you accept tracking) | 90 days |
