Why Iron Fortress: Denver's First Calisthenics, Streetlifting, Powerlifting & Hyrox Gym
Iron Fortress is Denver's first dedicated calisthenics, streetlifting, powerlifting, and Hyrox gym. A warehouse training facility built for athletes who refuse to settle for the ordinary. Founded on the principle of “One Battle at a Time,” we created a space where anyone can train like an athlete. Beginners and veterans, casual and competitive, all sharing competition-grade equipment, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether you're chasing your first muscle-up, preparing for a Streetlifting meet, peaking for your next powerlifting meet, or building toward a Hyrox finish, the Fortress was built for you.

What we offer
Training pathways at Iron Fortress
Five sport disciplines, each with programming and events; Iron Fortress Athletics teams in powerlifting, streetlifting, and endurance; and 24/7 open gym when you want the floor to yourself. Pick a pathway — or combine several.
Training Disciplines
Calisthenics, streetlifting, powerlifting, Hyrox, and endurance — each with its own hub, equipment, and events.
Calisthenics
Our full-size Kenguru Pro indoor calisthenics rig is one of the only installations in Colorado, purpose-built for muscle-ups, levers, planches, and freestyle. Bars at multiple thicknesses let you progress from beginner hangs to competition-level skills. Whether you're learning your first pull-up or training for a calisthenics competition, the Fortress has you covered.
Welcome to Colorado's first dedicated streetlifting gym. Iron Fortress features a full Kenguru Pro setup with weighted belts available for dips, pull-ups, and competition-style attempts. Train alongside the Iron Fortress Streetlifting team and some of the state's strongest weighted-calisthenics athletes.
Train on competition-grade equipment built for serious strength. Five REP PR-5000 power racks, Rogue Combo Racks, and four dedicated deadlift platforms give you everything you need to hit your next PR. The Iron Fortress Powerlifting team welcomes athletes at every level, from first meet to national stage.
HYROX blends running with functional work stations — the global race format and the training style behind it. Build capacity on rowers and SkiErgs, own sled pushes and loaded carries, and stack honest run volume so race-day pacing and transitions feel familiar, whether you are chasing your first finish or shaving time off the leaderboard.
Iron Fortress Endurance is our running and endurance discipline — programming guided by Division 1 athletic experience for runners and hybrid athletes who care about pacing, mileage, and getting faster. The free weekly Iron Fortress Run Club runs under this discipline as a separate community event, open to every pace and level.
Spots are earned, not given. Iron Fortress Athletics is a pathway for competitive athletes who want a team behind them — accountability, weekly team training at the Fortress, expectations, and representation at sanctioned events. Coaching at the Fortress is welcome but not required: train under us, train under your own coach, the standard is the same.
Iron Fortress Streetlifting
Earned spots, weekly team training, and representation at USA Streetlifting meets — from local throwdowns to the national stage.
USA Powerlifting–focused team for competitive athletes who want accountability, weekly team training, and a crew behind them on the platform — whether you train under our coaching or your own.
The Iron Fortress Athletics endurance team. Trial process, weekly team training at the Fortress, and a calendar of sanctioned races. Spots are earned by competitive runners who want a team behind them on the road.
For the self-directed athlete: full 24/7 access to every piece of equipment in the facility — squat racks, calisthenics rigs, cardio, recovery, all of it. You run your own program on your own schedule. No classes required.
Iron Fortress isn't a franchise with rows of identical machines. It's a warehouse gym outfitted with the same competition-grade equipment you'll find on a national platform. Every rack, bar, and plate was selected to support serious training.
REP Fitness PR-5000 Power Racks
Five REP PR-5000 power racks built from 3×3-inch 11-gauge steel in a 6-post configuration with safety arms and banded work pins. Enough stations to train heavy squats and bench press without waiting, even during peak hours.
IPF-certified Rogue Combo Racks with adjustable height and removable benches, built for competition-standard squats and bench press. Two on the floor for heavy sessions and meet prep.
Four dedicated deadlift platforms so you always have space to pull. Paired with a dedicated deadlift bar and calibrated plates for competition-accurate loading.
Kenguru Pro Calisthenics Rig
The only Kenguru Pro indoor calisthenics rig in the Rockies. Multiple bar thicknesses including standard, freestyle, mid-thickness, and extra thick, plus parallel dip stations and a monkey snake bar. Purpose-built for muscle-ups, levers, planches, and freestyle.
A USASL-certified King of Weighted competition dip bar with adjustable width and a 450 kg capacity. Built for serious weighted dips and streetlifting competition prep.
Rogue Rhino Belt Squat
A plate-loaded Rogue Rhino belt squat that lets you load your legs heavy without compressing your spine. A favourite for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and anyone working around an upper-body injury.
Force USA Ski Trainers bring Nordic ski-erg conditioning inside — flywheel and drive cords, 10 resistance levels, and a Bluetooth performance monitor for intervals and pacing work. Ideal for HYROX-style ski stations and building upper-body pull endurance without beating up your joints.
Bars & Plates
Ten power bars, a dedicated deadlift bar, a safety squat bar, cambered Swiss bar, trap bar, and two loadable EZ curl bars. Paired with Rogue calibrated competition plates, competition bumper plates, and thousands of pounds of standard iron plates.
A lat pulldown/seated row station, dual cable tower with multiple attachments, glute ham raise, and eight adjustable benches with angles from decline through near-vertical. Everything you need for accessory work and hypertrophy training.
Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Accessories
Rubber hex dumbbells from 5 to 100 lbs, kettlebells, two sleds, plyo boxes, medicine balls, resistance bands, weighted vests, weighted belts, and a crash pad. Chalk is always welcome. Loose chalk and buckets are provided.
Training hard means recovering harder. Iron Fortress offers dedicated recovery amenities so you can come back stronger the next day. All included with your membership.
Ice Pod Cold Plunge
A full-size Ice Pod cold plunge held at 39–45°F for 1–3 minute immersion sessions. Fits athletes up to 6'7" and 350 lbs. Cold exposure supports faster recovery, reduced inflammation, and improved mental clarity.
