The Iron Fortress Bootcamp is a 12-week transformation program designed to build real strength, endurance, and confidence.
You’ll train using calisthenics, strength training, conditioning, and functional workouts designed to help you develop a strong, capable body.
Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to break through a plateau, this program will help you build the foundation for lifelong strength.
What You’ll Achieve in 12 Weeks
By the end of the program, our goal is for you to:
Perform push-ups with confidence
Build toward your first pull-up / progressing to more reps on your pull ups
Run a mile without stopping / Improving your mile time
Develop real full-body strength
Improve endurance and conditioning
Build discipline and consistency

Phase 3 – Testing Strength
Put everything together to test your progress and unlock your potential.
